Shipping policy
Production Time:
- All orders go through a 24-48 hour processing time, followed by 2 to 10 business days of production time, depending on design complexity and size. Once the products are shipped, customers will receive a tracking number.
Delivery Time:
- Expect your products within 5-15 business days, depending on your chosen shipping method, the products you ordered, and your location.
- Multiple items may arrive in separate boxes for logistical reasons.
- Our packages are almost always delivered within the expected timeframe. We cannot however guarantee specific delivery time as things outside of our control can cause delays to delivery (e.g., weather conditions).

- We ship our products with reliable carriers like UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure efficient and secure delivery.
