How to mount or hang your sign?

Welcome to your new LED neon sign! To ensure a safe and effective installation, please follow these step-by-step instructions. Before beginning, remember to handle your sign with care to avoid any damage.

1. Wall Mounting Kit

Tools needed:

  • Drill
  • Screwdriver
  • Level
  • Pencil (for marking drill positions)
  • Measuring tape

Safety precautions

  • Ensure power is off during installation
  • Avoid touching the LED part of the sign directly
  • Wear safety gloves if necessary

Step 1

Unbox your sign

  • Carefully remove the sign from its packaging.
  • Check for any damage that might have occurred during shipping.

Step 2

Find the right location

  • Decide where you want to install the sign. Consider visibility and proximity to a power source.
  • Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and flat.

Step 3

Marking and Drilling

  • Hold the sign against the wall in the desired position.
  • Mark the wall through the sign's mounting holes.
  • Drill holes where you marked.

Step 4

Inserting wall plugs into the drilled holes

  • Fix and screw stand-offs onto the wall

Step 5

Putting cushions on both sides of the backboard

Placing the silicon rings on both sides of the board through the screws

Step 6

Fixing the screw caps

  • Fix and tighten the screw caps

Step 7

Powering the sign

  • Carefully connect the sign to the dimmer and the power supply
  • Ensure all connections are secure and not strained

2. Suspension Kit

Measure and Mark
  • Determine where the sign will hang. Measure the distance between the suspension points on the sign and mark these points on the ceiling.

Step 3

Install Hooks
  • Screw the provided hooks or ceiling anchors into the marked points. Ensure they're firmly fixed and can bear the sign's weight.
