Every Neonific sign comes with a 1-year warranty on all electrical components. In the rare case that the sign burns out within the guaranteed period, we will replace it for you free of charge.
Our signs are made to last a minimum of 50,000 hours, which is a minimum of 5 years if kept on 24/7.
In the rare event of sign arriving broken or defective, we will replace it for you free of charge. If this is the case, please send a photo/video proof of the defect at support@neonific.com within 24 hours of receiving the package for assistance.
Shipping:
Shipping is free site-wide and worldwide. Our current lead time is estimated to be between 8-12 business days.
Returns/Exchanges:
Because every piece is made to order and customized, all sales are final, with the exception of receiving a faulty or broken product.
If your sign arrived broken, defective or in the wrong color, please contact us at support@neonific.com within 24 hours to initiate the exchange process.
Duties & Brokerage:
International customers (outside of Canada and US) are responsible for paying the import duties and clearing customs.
